Terms of Service

Welcome to TripGolf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TripGolf website and application (the "Service"), operated by TripGolf LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("TripGolf," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating a trip, accepting an invite, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What TripGolf Is

TripGolf is a planning and scorekeeping tool for golf trips. It helps a trip organizer manage a roster, tee times, formats, lodging, meals, flights, and side bets, and lets invited players view trip details and enter their own scores. TripGolf is not a travel agency, golf course operator, or booking service — we don't arrange tee times, lodging, or travel on your behalf, and we aren't a party to any reservation, bet, or payment arrangement your group makes among yourselves.

2. Accounts and Access

TripGolf uses lightweight, cookie-based identity rather than traditional accounts. An organizer creates a trip and receives an organizer code; players are invited via a link and identify themselves by name. You're responsible for keeping your organizer code confidential — anyone with it can make changes to your trip. You must be at least 18 years old to create a trip.

3. Pricing and Payment

Trips are purchased as a one-time package priced per player, with volume discounts shown at signup. Prices are in U.S. dollars and processed through our third-party payment processor. Adding players beyond your purchased package size may incur an additional per-player charge, as shown at the time.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no scores have been entered for any round and the trip's start date hasn't passed. After that window, or once play has begun, purchases are non-refundable. To request a refund, email us at plangolftrip@gmail.com.

5. Your Content

You're responsible for the information you enter into TripGolf — roster names and emails, notes, scores, and anything else. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and don't use TripGolf to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend a trip that violates these Terms.

6. Bets and Side Games

TripGolf lets you track informal bets (Nassau, skins, wolf, match play, or custom) between players in your group for convenience only. We don't process, hold, or guarantee payment of any bet — settling up is entirely between you and your group, and TripGolf has no responsibility for it. Nothing here is intended to facilitate illegal gambling, and you're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scoring, handicap, or match calculations will be perfectly accurate — always double-check anything that matters (like settling a bet) against the actual scorecard. TripGolf isn't responsible for golf course conditions, travel arrangements, injuries, or anything else that happens on your trip.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripGolf LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
